Often yes. Introduce one at a time for a few days each so you can tell what’s doing what. You can combine them in the same glass of water. Taking 3 tinctures at a time is fine, as long as there are not two tinctures with Zinc. Take only one tincture at a time with added Zinc.

No. Follow label guidance if using long-term. Consistency is critical to allow the herbs to create and maintain the conditions for healing and prevention in your body.

Take morning and evening, ideally, about 12 hours apart.

Generally fine, but if you’re sensitive to caffeine or taking interacting supplements/medications, separate by an hour and monitor how you feel.

Add the drops to a small amount of hot water or tea and wait ~60 seconds before drinking.

If a formula is calming or makes you drowsy, avoid driving or operating machinery until you know your response. It is generally very safe for our tinctures to be consumed and for driving afterward.

Just resume at the next scheduled time if you completely forget. If you have the chance, take in a 8 hour window to make up for the missed dose, or even a 6 hour window. Try to never miss a dose. Do not double up on the dose if you cannot separate them for at the least, 6 hours.

Start from your health goals. Read the plain-language description and ingredient list. Look for preventative tinctures to help protect you from certain conditions before they manifest. If you have a medical condition or take prescriptions, check with a clinician. For some, it may help to sit quietly and listen to your body, going down the list of tinctures until your body lets you know what it needs.

Yes. Most alcohol-based extracts are naturally gluten-free and plant-based; check each label to be sure.

Only if the product specifically provides guidance for them. Otherwise, consult a pediatric professional or veterinarian first.

Anywhere from a month (certain categories) to several months. Consistency is key; consider a simple journal. Be prepared to have gentle yet powerful plant medicine work without side effects. It takes time, and is dependent on your diet, lifestyle and the current depth of your medical conditions. The tinctures will do their work regardless, but how much support you offer your body will add/subtract time to the journey.
